Snow Repo

Snow Repo User Agreement

Version 2026-10-15

Please read this before using Snow Repo. By tapping “I agree,” creating an account, or using the app, you agree to everything below. If you don’t agree, you can’t use Snow Repo.

1. What Snow Repo is — and isn’t

Snow Repo is only a place to connect people. Clients post snow-removal jobs and Snow Pros offer to do them. Snow Repo does not remove snow, does not employ or supervise anyone, does not own or provide equipment, and is not a party to any job. Every job is an agreement made directly and only between the Client and the Snow Pro.

2. Snow Pros are independent

Snow Pros are independent people or businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Snow Repo. Snow Pros decide which jobs to take, how to do them, what equipment to use, and what to charge. Snow Pros are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, permits, insurance and following all laws.

3. No checks or guarantees

Snow Repo does not run background checks, verify identities, licenses, insurance or equipment, or inspect any property. Ratings, reviews, photos and equipment lists come from users and may be wrong. Snow Repo makes no promise about the quality, safety, timing or legality of any job, any user, or any property. You choose who you work with at your own risk.

4. You are fully responsible

You are fully and solely responsible for your own actions, your safety, your property, your vehicles and equipment, the people you bring with you, and any job you post, accept or perform. That includes checking the conditions, deciding whether a job is safe, and following all laws and local rules (for example, where snow can be pushed or piled).

5. Injuries, damage and risk — it’s on you

Snow removal is physical and can be dangerous. Ice, slips and falls, cold, heavy lifting, heart strain, sharp or moving equipment, plows, snow blowers, vehicles, traffic, roofs, hidden objects and bad weather can cause serious injury, death or property damage. You knowingly and voluntarily accept all of these risks. If anyone is hurt, or if any property, vehicle, lawn, driveway, fence, mailbox or other item is damaged or lost, that is solely between the Client and the Snow Pro involved, and Snow Repo is not responsible.

6. Release — you won’t hold Snow Repo responsible

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Snow Repo, its owner(s), and anyone working for or with it from all claims, demands, losses and damages of every kind — known or unknown — that come from or relate to any job, any user, any property, any payment, or your use of the app. This includes claims for personal injury, death, property damage, lost money or lost income.

7. You’ll cover us if you cause a problem

If someone makes a claim against Snow Repo because of something you did or didn’t do — including a job you posted, accepted or performed, damage or injury you caused, or breaking this agreement or the law — you agree to defend Snow Repo and pay any resulting losses, costs and reasonable attorney fees.

8. Payments are between you

Payments are made directly between Clients and Snow Pros (Cash App, Venmo, or in-app card payments if offered). Cash payments are not supported. Snow Repo does not hold, guarantee or refund these payments and is not responsible if someone doesn’t pay, pays late, or disputes a charge. Clients agree to pay the service fee shown before they accept a price. Snow Pros agree to the commission shown, and on Cash App / Venmo jobs agree to pay Snow Repo the fees they owe. Snow Pros who owe fees may be blocked from new jobs until paid. Tips are optional, chosen by the Client, and go entirely to the Snow Pro; Snow Repo takes no fee on tips and is not responsible for them. Fees and percentages can change; you’ll see the current amounts before you agree to a job.

9. Disputes between users

Any disagreement about a job — its quality, price, timing, damage, injury, payment, cancellation or no-show — is only between the Client and the Snow Pro, and you agree to work it out with each other. Snow Repo may, but does not have to, help. Cancellation, no-show and rating records in the app are for information only.

10. Who can use Snow Repo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a legal agreement. You must give true information, keep your login private, and use only one account. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

11. Rules of conduct

No harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, fake reviews, fake jobs or offers, stealing, trespassing, or anything illegal. Don’t use Snow Repo to find people and then avoid paying fees owed. You can report or block anyone in the app. Snow Repo can remove content, suspend or close any account, at any time and for any reason.

12. Your photos, location and information

You let Snow Repo store and show the photos, job details, ratings and profile information you add, so the app can work. Job locations are shown to Snow Pros so they can find jobs. Only post photos you have the right to share, and don’t include people’s faces or private information you don’t want seen. See our Privacy Policy for more.

13. The app is provided “as is”

Snow Repo is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. It may have errors, go down, lose data, or show wrong maps, distances or times. Weather and road conditions are your responsibility to check.

14. Limit on Snow Repo’s liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snow Repo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, death, property damage, or lost money. If Snow Repo is ever found liable for anything, the total amount is limited to the fees you paid Snow Repo in the 3 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

15. Claims against Snow Repo

If you have a problem with Snow Repo itself, contact us first so we can try to fix it. Any claim must be brought individually (not as part of a class action), in small-claims court or binding individual arbitration, within one year of when it arose, and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where Snow Repo is based.

16. Changes and ending

Snow Repo may update this agreement. If it changes, you’ll be asked to agree again before you keep using the app. You can stop using Snow Repo and delete your account at any time. Sections 4 through 9 and 13 through 15 continue to apply after your account ends.
